For most of my life, I found myself shifting and adapting depending on who I was around, masking parts of myself to fit expectations that weren’t truly my own. After being diagnosed with both types of ADHD, anxiety, and OCD, I finally began to understand myself in a way I never had before. For the first time, I felt a sense of calm, peace, and clarity about who I am and who I want to be.
That’s why I created Taylored Balance, hoping to create a space dedicated to building a balanced lifestyle that works for you. I want to share my journey of navigating mental health, creating sustainable routines, and embracing wellness in a way that feels achievable and fulfilling. Whether it’s managing stress, finding joy in movement, or cultivating a mindful approach to daily life, my goal is to inspire and support others who, like me, are learning to thrive on their own terms.
